Hi my name is Kristina Peina.

I am one of the Personal Trainers, and business/company owners of Form Health & Body Management.

Welcome to Form Health & Body Management, Papamoa! My husband, 2 daughters and I have been living in the Bay for 18 months, returning to New Zealand after 4 years travelling.

Whether you are a beginner looking for guidance and knowledge, a seasoned “gymee” who wants a challenging and fun programme, or someone who knows they just need some motivation I can help you!

  • I have a Physical Education degree from Otago University and 12 years experience in the fitness industry; personal training, teaching group exercise classes and gym instructing. I am also a qualified Secondary Physical Education and Health teacher.
  • I am madly passionate about the fitness industry! I love helping people to overcome their personal barriers so that they can achieve ALL of their health and fitness goals. Whether your goal is weight loss, running a half marathon or learning to balance your lifestyle; I can help you achieve those goals through diet, exercise and healthy lifestyle changes.
  • I have a keen interest in triathlon and running training, weight loss, pre and post natal women and injury rehabilitation. I am also focussed on helping you to create fitness habits that last you a lifetime!
