Hi, my name is Nikki Cave,

I am one of the trainers at Form Health and Body Management,

it is a great pleasure to be working alongside Le and Kristina, both of whom I have known since 2004.
I look forward to helping people reach their personal fitness and health goals, be it weight loss, improving general fitness, training for competitions or just investing in their long term health and wellbeing.
  • I have been working in the health industry since 2001, I have a Bachelor of Health Science (Nursing) and have worked in many different areas of Nursing, including Surgical, Rehabilitation, Medical and Practice Nursing over the last 9 years.
  • Back in 2004 I enlisted the help of Kristina to be my Personal Trainer, She ignited my passion for fitness and helped me reach some pretty amazing goals (none of which I could have reached without her!) I competed in a Body Sculpting competition in 2008(with Le and Kristina’s expert guidance) and I completed a Duathlon at the Master’s Games in 2009 thanks to Kristina’s awesome coaching!
  • I had been thinking about studying to be a Personal Trainer for about 3 years and last year I dove back into full-time study and completed the Cert4Fitness level 4 course at the Bay of Plenty Polytechnic and I had an absolute ball!
  • I have a special interest in Mental Health and I know from personal experience that exercise is a great way to beat the blues and gain a more positive outlook on life.

'Not for one minute did I believe that I could achieve so much in just two short weeks.  I’d spent the winter gaining 4kg’s and feeling horrible.  By the end of the 2week Xtreme program I lost all but 1/2 kg of the weight, 2.5% body fat and over 2 inches off my waist and I’m now back in my skinny jeans J  I also regained my motivation, discipline and confidence.  Achieving this was a simple as ‘following the program.'
